Are you registered with My Aged Care? We offer home-based physiotherapy services for a range of conditions relevant to older adults. Our team can also assist with equipment recommendations and prescription to keep you safe and independant at home.
NDIS (PLAN & SELF-MANAGED)
Our team is experienced in treating a range of conditions funded through the NDIS. Our services are targeted towards adult participants, with experience in neurological disorders, intellectual disability, spinal cord injury, brain injury and many other conditions.
HYDROTHERAPY
Hydrotherapy can be an extremely beneficial form of treatment for a range of conditions including arthritis, chronic pain, orthopaedic rehabilitation and some neurological disorders. Enquire now and we can organise a session at your local hydrotherapy pool.
TELEHEALTH
We offer online consults for those who prefer accessing our services from the convenience of their own home. We use a secure telehealth platform to ensure your privacy is protected.
POST-OPERATIVE REHABILITATION
Recovering from a joint replacement or other orthopaedic injury? Our team is well equipped to provide rehabilitation in the comfort of your own home, local pool or gym. With guidance from your surgeon, we will have you back to feeling your best in no time.
EQUIPMENT PRESCRIPTION
Think you might benefit from some equipment around the home? We can conduct a home visit, assess your needs, and recommend relevant equipment that will keep you safe and mobile in your home. We can organise quotes and equipment trials to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

CAN PHYSIOTHERAPY BE FUNDED THROUGH MY AGED CARE?
Yes. Depending on which funding level you are on, you may be able to claim for Physiotherapy services through your Support at Home program. Check with your Service Provider to determine how much funding you may have access to.
Our team works closely with a range of Service Providers throughout the Sunshine Coast & Noosa regions, ensuring a smooth process for assessment, generating a treatment plan, recommending and organising equipment in the home, and liaison with your wider care team.
CAN I GET A MEDICARE REBATE FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY?
Yes. Medicare rebates for physiotherapy can be accessed under the Extended Primary Care (EPC) program, however in order for you to be eligible, you will need a referral from your GP. This entitles you to 5 allied health sessions each year that can be partially claimed under Medicare.
If you are a resident in an aged care facility, you are able to claim up to 10 allied health sessions each year under an approved EPC program.
